Reena spent nearly a decade at elite global law firm Latham & Watkins (ranked #2 globally) in its London and Silicon Valley offices, where she advised global clients including Nerdwallet, Eventbrite and Goldman Sachs.

What drew her into education was the part of legal practice she loved most: mentoring talented juniors, structuring complex problems into clear steps, and strategically guiding clients through challenging intellectual terrain. As a parent, she wanted that same combination of excellence and steadiness for students: high standards delivered with warmth, clarity, and dignity.
