Biography

William Gotch brings more than two decades of leadership experience in private-school education, strategy, and admissions. He has served as Head of School at Creighton Preparatory in Omaha and as Dean of Students and Director of Strategic Initiatives at Saint Ignatius College Preparatory in San Francisco,  two of the most respected Jesuit institutions in the U.S. and Bay Area.

Throughout his career, William has overseen student admissions, academic planning, and faculty recruitment, while launching partnerships with organizations such as Nike and U.S. Sports Camps that generated millions in new educational programs. He has also implemented Salesforce and EdTech platforms to streamline admissions and improve the student-family experience.

William’s blend of academic insight, organizational leadership, and compassionate mentorship makes him uniquely skilled at guiding families through the competitive landscape of private-school and college admissions.

When Not Consulting

Outside of consulting, William continues to advise schools and organizations on many special projects, curriculum development, auxiliary revenue, AI and digital transformation. A lifelong learner, he enjoys reading history and literature, mentoring emerging educators, and spending time outdoors with his family.
